Refund Policy

All Jewelry Sales are final.  (sorry no returns if you change your mind).  If any items are broken or defective upon receipt, please notify Erin Binford (erinbinford.info@gmail.com) within 3 business days of the date package tracking says it was delivered. Erin Binford is not responsible for wear and tear on the jewelry or for any damage that occurs after receipt.

Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may be loose (i.e. jump rings, loose stones) and only need minor adjustments.  These are NOT manufacturer defects and are ineligible for return.  If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture/s have been sent to Erin Binford to be reviewed, the item will need to be returned at customer shipping cost within 5 days of return approval.  Once the item is received, a refund for the cost of the item minus any shipping fees will be issued.

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE- either to or from the customer.  

Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered by mistake or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.  Also, if more than 3 business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered per USPS tracking, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.

Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
